In order to activate My Read Receipts please sign up for a free trial here. After you sign up for the free trial, please enter your API username, API Token & Zendesk subdomain and click 'Activate' below.

Please enter your API username: * This is usually the administrators email address or address used to create the API Token.

Please enter your API token: * This is 40 character string provided to you. If you did not save your API Token just create a new one and input it here.

Your Zendesk subdomain: * i.e. For, https://yoursubdomain.zendesk.com you would enter yoursubdomain into the box above.

Contact email: From time to time we may contact you with useful product information and updates. If you would like to receive these emails at a different address than the API username, enter it here.
